(1) The foreign exchange seized in connection with the offense under this Act or the details related to it shall be certified by the investigating officer by making a copy or photocopy.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, copies or photocopies of foreign exchange or foreign exchange related details certified as per sub-section (1) may be submitted as evidence in cases related to offenses under this Act.
